Draft placeholder. This page has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have this reviewed for your jurisdiction before relying on it publicly, especially the liability and payment-processing sections.

1. Agreement

By creating a SoloSuite account or using solosuiteapp.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Account owners (ADMIN role) are responsible for managing their team members' access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • The Free plan is available indefinitely, subject to the usage limits shown on our pricing page.
  • Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Prices are in AUD and shown on our pricing page.
  • You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We don't provide partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Payments you collect from your clients

If you connect your own Stripe account, payments from your clients go directly to your connected Stripe account. SoloSuite is not a party to those transactions, does not hold your funds, and is not responsible for disputes, chargebacks, refunds, or tax obligations arising from them — those are governed by your agreement with Stripe and your clients.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, or the rights of others.
  • Send unsolicited communications or spam through the Service.
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service for other users.

6. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the quotes, invoices, client records, and other content you create. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Third-party integrations

Features that connect to Google Calendar, Stripe, Anvil, AssemblyAI, or Anthropic are subject to those providers' own terms. We aren't responsible for outages or changes on their end.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where practicable.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloSuite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify active subscribers of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
